Cymdeithas Owain Glyndwr / The Owain Glyndwr Society

The society was formed in Carmarthen, in West Wales, in November 1996 and now has over 300 members drawn from all over Wales and many parts of England, Scotland and the USA. It was formed with the intention of marking the six hundredth anniversary of Owain Glyndwr's revolt in September 1400. The society is completely bilingual, non-political and non-sectarian. Membership is open to anyone interested in the history of Wales and, in particular, of Owain Glyndwr.
